Update from previous review 2022. Karra helped us buy a property less than a year ago and due to personal circumstances we had to sell. We turned to Karra and once again and she delivered. We sold the house in 1 day above asking. I was worried we would take a loss since we occupied the house for only 10 months. We had several offers and a back up as well. Smooth negotiations, inspection and closing. We were out of state and Karra kept in close contact with us. Checking the house, mail, and setting up yard work. Also a house cleaner if necessary. The transaction was so fast, as if, did this really happen! Just signing documents and completed sale. Karra is fast, smart, terrific negotiator, excellent interpersonal skills and willing to help in what ever capacity. When we bought this current house, Karra managed to secure 5 out 5 bids we submitted on properties during the bidding wars of Spring 2022. I would recommend Karra to anyone looking for a property in Flagstaff. It is a tight market and she knows the inventory, realtors and the town since she grew up in Flagstaff. We have bought 7 homes during our life and Karra IS by far the BEST realtor we have worked with while purchasing a home.

As a first time home buyer Karra really made this whole process for us is very simple. She proved to be very resourceful and knowledgeable in the industry which intern got us our first home! She especially knows the market in Flagstaff very well and even though it is brutal for people like us, with limited resources, she still managed to find us a great home in this area. Flagstaff is a very tough market so when your ready to find a home be sure to get yourself someone who knows the market and is willing to put in the late hours needed to make your home dreams come true... that would be Karra by the way :)
